AJ turned 3 weeks old yesterday and celebrated with a trip to the doctor's office. He weighs 9 lbs. 5 oz., wow guess we don't have to worry about him gaining weight anymore, yay!! Just check out that double chin!!
Now we think he might have acid reflux, so this has been grandparent duty (see below). We have to hold the baby upright after feeding him to help reduce the reflux. We are also going to try some meds to help him. I hope it works! He won't even sleep in his crib right now. My parents have been soooooo helpful, they will hold him for 3 hours straight so he can get some good sleep. (and mommy & daddy can, too). I don't know what I will do when they leave!!
Anthony and I had our first big night out without the baby last night. We went to Anthony's office dinner party and grandparents babysat. It was nice to get out, but we sure hurried home!! Here is a pic of mommy with make-up on!! Wow, that doesn't happen anymore. :) I think AJ liked me dressed up because I got two huge smiles from him. I love the dimple!!! Maybe I will dress up more often for him. he he.
Dear Grandma & Grandpa T,
I sure miss you now that you have left for Harlingen. We have so much fun together. Grandma always makes sure I get my tummy time. I sent kisses with you to deliver to Great Grandma Mildred & Great Aunt Betty when you visit them this weekend. Enjoy your break, but come back soon!! Love, AJ
