Trying to keep up with AJ

AJ is learning new tricks every day, I can hardly keep up! On Sunday we visited Grandma & Grandpa Riley and AJ took his first step! I was so happy he decided to share this big event with them. Later that night, Uncle John came over and AJ took 2 steps for him! He also entertained him by dancing to 80's rock all night. Oh and he "quacks" now when prompted. I guess you have to hear it to understand.....

AJ & I are having so much fun hanging out with Carrie & the twins. Mark & Ella are walking! I can't wait until the kids are ready for the playground...

Another trick AJ learned recently is drinking from a straw. And he just mastered the sippy cup yesterday. Did I tell you he's growing up fast? I swear after the haircut, he decided he was going to become a "big boy". He's also starting to refuse eating baby food, he wants to eat what we are having for dinner. It's definitely a good way to keep me eating healthy!
Watching the longhorns with Daddy... see, he's still a baby... he still sucks his thumb, whew!
