Birthdays and other Fun

AJ made a sentence! Well, not sure if it technically counts as a sentence but I was proud regardless. This morning he kept pointing to the cabinet saying "guck (stuck)". He does this often so I just brushed it off and carried on with my breakfast. Then he urgently cried "miuk! guck! (milk stuck)!". I opened the cabinet and sure enough his milk was sitting on the shelf! That little brain is starting to work!

My brother's and my birthday are a day apart so we celebrated together this year at our house. Anthony cooked steaks and John & Jenny brought the dessert. AJ helped us blow out the candles.

The weather has been beautiful the last few weekends so we've spent lots of time enjoying the yard.

AJ loves grabbing sticks & rocks. Sometimes he even "helps" me weed!

Grandma & Papa sent us a bunch of pictures from Colorado so I put them into an album for AJ to look through. He LOVED it! He kept pointing to my dad yelling "Papa" and giving kisses!! I have a video I will try to post...

Anthony had some eye drops he was using on a regular basis. AJ watched carefully and as soon has he got his hands on those drops, he tried to put some in his eyes, too!! Of course he got closer to the eyebrow, but still funny. He will do anything Daddy does, a total Daddy's boy.
