Easter 2009

AJ's first Easter where he has some idea of what is going on. I wouldn't say he totally gets the egg hunting, but he did gather a few. The Easter Bunny was not happening. I'm not sure if he was scared of him or if he just didn't want to be forced to sit still on a lap. He's not having much of that these days...

The Easter Bunny's helper hid eggs at Grandmama's & Grandpa's house...
The hunt begins! Lane has a little more experience hunting eggs. AJ would rather pick up cups! Hey, they match.

Then comes candy eating!! Big cousin Lane helps AJ out with the snacks...
Then cupcakes, yum!
Oops, the little guy dropped his...

Then the kids got to decorate the eggs Grandmama made.... stickers are fun!

Ooh, and easter baskets, thank you!!

I think there is a Grandpa under there somewhere??

Word to your mother. Taking time to smell the flowers...Loving my Grandmama... she makes Easter special...

Grandmama & Grandpa have a special little table for the half pints on their new deck. The new backyard is amazing and ready for family gatherings!!
We had an Easter Egg hunt & party at our neighborhood park. Before the egg hunt, Daddy & AJ goofed off on the playground...

So, I'm supposed to hunt for these things? What's the deal? Something inside?
