Jack is doing great, he passed his 3 week appt with flying colors. 9 lbs already! We are all surviving pretty well, I think AJ has the worst of it trying to adjust to live with a sibling. He has been SO whiney and needy of mom & dad’s attention lately he’s almost more work than a newborn! But luckily the Riley’s took him to Kingwood this weekend for a much needed mini-vacation! Anthony & I had a chance to bond with Jack and have some relax time. Jack is great, but his gassiness is terrible! I feel so bad for him when he cries in pain trying to burp or pass gass. Especially when it’s in the middle of the night!
My friend Jennifer came to take pictures of Jack at 3 weeks. We tried to get the “curled up” sleeping photos, but Jack was not cooperating! He was awake the whole time and mostly crying. :)
We also took the boys out for pictures with the bluebonnets. I wouldn’t feel like a true Texan mom without bluebonnet pics!! :)
