My parents gave me the best gift I could ask for… some rest and relaxation! We had such a fun week playing with the boys and getting a little shopping in.
The last day we were here we took the boys the Science Museum. We were worried at first that it was a total bust because AJ was petrified of the dinosaurs. After a while of being FAR from them, he started to relax and have fun. He wanted to know why all the animals were not alive. I think he’s used to the zoo!
He loved touching the fur of the animals and naming them…
The butterflies went over much better…

My beautiful angel… I haven’t gotten a really good picture of AJ lately because he is always making goofy smiles. Here I caught him laughing after making a bunch of silly faces.
One of the biggest hits of the museum was the pirate bench! The kids both loved it. How can he be scared of everything else but love the creepy pirate?!
Papa tried to get AJ to walk over to McDonald’s and AJ said, “Papa, you go. I’ll stay here with the pirate.”
