Reinforcements Arrive!!!

Thursday my parents came back in town to help! It has been so much fun having them here, AJ missed them so much he gave Papa a huge smile as soon as they walked in the door!

Things have gotten easier, but that may just be because we have so much help! AJ still fusses a bit in the evening, we are trying out gripe water and it seems to help him settle. He sleeps from 10pm to 10 am with about 4 wake-ups to eat. We are trying to move that to 7pm to 7am, hopefully we can get it going this week. And I would love to drop some feedings!!

We are going to have him baptised on Sunday. If anyone is interested in attending it will be at Lake Travis United Methodist Church on January 27th at 8:30am. Sit in the back for good seats! It's the same church we were married in.






Check out Dad's new glasses! I love them, very funky.

As part of our evening routine, I read AJ a story. He loves this book about the brown bear! He also loves many of his other books.
AJ has started to grab things, this is the first time I got him to grab his rattle and hold on!

He also learned to keep his pacifier in his mouth yesterday! I really hope this will help him settle down at night and get to sleep. Normally he spits it out after a minute or so.

I had him smiling on cue the other day. 'Smile'!!!

He coos at the butterfly... he also smiles but I couldn't catch it!
